Our Corporate Services are for entrepreneurs as well as corporations. Whether your needs are general or specific, our team employs a single planning process. Our company is comprised of business professionals who streamline the information you request and require for your business. Our job is to monitor the current marketplace and determine how your organization can benefit and continue to attract and retain the best talent.

Our first step is getting to know you and your company. What stage is your business at?          Is it growing, does it need capital, are you looking to sell, do you hope to pass it on to your heirs? Does your group require Health Benefits, Pension or Retirement Services, Disability Management, a combination, or something different? We review your existing programs from a financial perspective and together build strategies that reflect your objectives and budget.

Once we understand your structure and goals, we create or restructure an existing plan design to meet your organization's needs. Using our Resource Team, we ensure your wishes are carried out in the most efficient manner possible. On the product side we negotiate with carriers on your behalf, present our recommendations and more often than not, implement cost savings.

After implementing your plan design, we monitor your progress, and suggest necessary modifications as they arise. We continue to work with you over time, and assist internally with communication through Employee Education Seminars.
